The Mental Movement was built with one simple idea — that the mind and body cannot be trained separately.
The mind only performs as well as the body it’s living in, and the body only performs as well as the mind that’s talking to it.
That’s what we train.
Using principles from sport psychology, neuroscience, philosophy, and physiology, we help athletes and high performers understand and regulate the system behind focus, performance, recovery, and pressure.

To understand how an athlete or team truly performs, I observe practice and, when appropriate, competition. This lets me see how athletes respond in real time, and also allow me to not be stuck inside all day!
These observations guide our work together, allowing sessions to be specific, actionable, and tied directly to performance moments.
