Dr. Callan

I’ve always been obsessed with what makes people perform at their highest level, physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically. From this, my core philosophy is the belief that everything we think, eat, and do impacts how we perform. I’ve always been fascinated by the mind-body connection and have had a lifelong passion for sports. Looking back, it’s clear those early passions were pointing me toward this career path. They are what led me to earn a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and Health Promotion, a Doctorate of Chiropractic, and a Master’s in Sport and Performance Psychology.

I owned my own chiropractic practice for five years before realizing I needed a career pivot. If I’m being honest, I wasn’t doing what was authentic to me. I was chasing status and external outcomes. On paper, I was successful. Inside, I was disconnected and burnt out. My mental and physical health were paying the price.

I had been so focused on the body that I forgot the mind. In my spare time, I started reading about neuroplasticity and found myself hooked. After selling the practice, I finally had space to rest, recover, and think. I focused on getting my health back and had more time to devote to what I love most -- learning everything I can, watching sports, and training in the gym. For the first time in years, I had the freedom to slow down, reflect on life lessons, and enjoy the sports and hobbies that had always been such a big part of my life.

Now, as a recovering perfectionist who has experienced burnout firsthand, I’m passionate about helping athletes, business owners, high achievers, and anyone seeking change achieve sustainable performance. Every person is different, but my approach combines everything I’ve learned through my education, research, and years as both a business owner and chiropractor.

My goal is to bridge the gap between mind and body, between instruction and intention, between doing and feeling. I work to help people move from overthinking to execution, from burnout to sustainable drive. I want people to understand that performance isn’t always just about pushing harder, it’s about knowing yourself deeper. When you can align your mind, body, and environment, you stop fighting yourself and start performing from a place of calm confidence and genuine connection.
