Coaching
Train your mind like you train your skills.
The Mental Movement exists to help you perform at your highest level from a place of self-trust, so you can do your best work and actually love the process.
This can be deep work that combines neuroscience, sport psychology, physiology, somatic work, and philosophy to help you understand what it means to be human in the pursuit of excellence.
performance from the inside out
Most performance blocks aren't where they look like they are. What shows up as a plateau, a self-doubt spiral, or a body that won't cooperate under pressure is usually a subconscious belief driving the pattern from underneath. My job is to help you find it.
Once we know what we're working with, the change happens through the whole system, not just one part of it. That means rewiring the self-talk and mental patterns keeping you stuck, training your nervous system and understanding how your physiology affects mental clarity, managing your energy so effort feels sustainable instead of depleting, and looking honestly at what in your environment, your sleep, your relationships, your recovery, is supporting you or draining you. It means building the ability to actually sense what your body needs in real time instead of overriding it, and reconnecting to why you're doing any of this in the first place.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We start by finding the belief driving your self-sabotage, whatever's holding you back, or the belief keeping you from your extra edge if you're already performing well and want more. Whether that's a plateau, a mental block, or a pattern you can't seem to shake, we work through how it shows up in how you train, how you think under pressure, how you recover, how you compete, and how you carry yourself day to day.
We look at everything: your nervous system, your self-talk, your sleep, your habits, your purpose. The small details that shift performance day to day, and the deeper beliefs that sustain change long-term.
You'll leave sessions with a clear read on what's actually holding you back, and a specific plan for shifting it.
Who THIS IS FOR
This is for elite level athletes who:
Want to perform at their highest level without burning out in the process
Are ready to do the deeper work, past the surface-level tactics they've already tried
May be performing well and want to find the edge that gets them further
Are willing to challenge assumptions, question patterns, and explore what's actually driving their self-sabotage
Want to love the process, not just survive it
